Pamela R. Novosel, MD
Dr. Novosel was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she played basketball for the University of Pittsburgh. She moved to the Wilmington area in 1991. After completing medical school at East Carolina University, Brody School of Medicine, she returned to Wilmington to complete her OB-GYN residency at New Hanover Regional Medical Center. She has been providing care to women in the community since 2009. She joined Azalea Gynecology in February 2019 and worked closely with Dr. Celine Daily who founded the practice, until she retired in May 2020. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, scuba diving, camping, and spending time with her dog.

Jess Fisher, PA-C graduated from Mountain State University Master's Program in West Virginia in 2006. She has practiced medicine in Wilmington, NC for 18 years. Over the course of her career she has specialized in internal medicine, interventional pain medicine, aesthetic medicine and gynecology. Jess loves to connect with her patients by listening intently and by providing careful solutions to patient concerns. She's a conscientious medical provider that treats everyone with great care. She has been married to her husband Jeff for 17 years. They have a family of three girls. Together they love to travel to the mountains, visit the beach, spend time with their grandparents and their dogs. They are a family of five that prioritizes quality time and the opportunity to attend Life Point Church in Porter's Neck.

Amanda was born and raised in Bloomington, IL ; where she met her husband of 26 years in Junior High School. She has three daughters, two attending her Alma mater and one a recent graduate. When they aren't traveling to Lexington, KY to visit them, she is involved in book clubs, watching sports, exercising, and who can’t forget about baking! Amanda has been a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner since 2010. Prior to obtaining her Master’s Degree, she was a Labor and Delivery Nurse from 1997 - 2010. She enjoys providing care to women of all ages, weather it involves annual health exams or diagnosis and treatment of menstrual disorders. It has been most delightful to help each patient reach their health care goals.
